Man allegedly wets pants after DUI stop

A Buffalo Grove man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle in the 9600 block of Skokie Boulevard on Nov. 4. According to the report, the 28-year-old had a blood alcohol content level of .114.

Shortly after police handcuffed the suspect, they noticed a large wet spot in the driver’s groin area, the report noted. The driver told police the wet spot was from spilling Red Bull on his pants, even though he had no access to the drink while in the squaq car, according to police.

No license

A Wilmette man was charged with driving on a revoked license after police stopped him in the 4400 block of Golf Road on Nov. 6. According to the report, police also found a glass pipe that had marijuana residue inside. The driver was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, the report said.

Stolen air conditioner

An air conditioner valued at $3,000 was reported stolen from LaRossa Pizza, 4012 Golf Road, on Nov. 7. The owner of the restaurant noted that his copper wiring was also stolen.
