Two purse snatchings on the same block? Perhaps it is time for the new television series "Bait Purse" where the police have some, defenseless person walking with a nice purse and then when the perp makes the move, the purse releases a gas immobilizing the perp until the police arrive. Great viewing....and then the perps can go directly to Springer or Steve Wilcos and Maury for the appropriate DNA sample is this baby mine? check.

Munkhjargal Ulzibayar? He wasn't drunk. He wasn't slurring his words....He was just trying to say his name. You can't arrest a poor guy for that. This is a travesty of justice! Even worse, there will be neither a defense fund or a Free Munkhjargal Ulzibayar movement because no one could chant the name. They'd be arrested too!
