Tuesday Blotter: Teens Sell Pot At School

iPhone 5 stolen

Police responded to a theft from auto in the 3700 block of Arcadia Avenue on Sept. 24. According to the report, a Kate Spade wallet, several credit cards, a New Trier High School credit card and an iPhone 5 were missing. Police believe the vehicle may have been left unlocked.

DUI

Eunsa Choi, 23, of Skokie, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on Sept. 21. According to the report, Choi was stopped in the 7600 block of Skokie Boulevard for speeding. His blood alcohol content level was .147, the report said.

Teens busted for selling pot in school

Two teens were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis at Niles West High School on Sept. 20. A teacher told police she suspected the teens were selling/buying the drug.

Burglary

Police responded to a burglary in progress in the 9600 block of LeClaire Avenue on Sept. 24. According to the report, silverware, two iPods and a police radio were removed from the home. Police were able to locate the alleged burglar who would later be turned over to detectives. No further information is available at this time.
