Windows Smashed On Three Vehicles In Criminal Damage Cases

Burglary to Motor Vehicle

• Burglary to motor vehicle on the 5100 block of Church Street, on December 6th between 2:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.  Reported:  12/06/2013. An unknown person(s) broke the window on a white work van and entered the vehicle.  It is unknown what was stolen.

• Burglary to Motor Vehicle at 5115 Church Street, House Of Rental, on December 6th between 2:30 a.m. and 2:45 a.m.  Reported 12/07/2013. An unknown person(s) entered the truck and stole a hard hat and a front license plate from the vehicle.

Criminal Damage to Property

• Criminal Damage to Property on the 9100 block of Gross Point Road, between December 5th at 11:30 a.m. and December 6th at 8:00 a.m.  Reported:  12/06/2013. An unknown person(s) smashed the driver’s side window on a Nissan.

• Criminal Damage to Property on the 5000 block of Chase Avenue, on December 7th between 6:00 a.m. and 12:58 p.m. Reported:  12/07/2013. An unknown person(s) smashed the window on a Honda that was parked on the street.

Retail Theft

• Retail Theft at 5481 Touhy Avenue, Ulta, on December 6th between 7:25 a.m. and 7:28 p.m.  Reported:  12/06/2013. A female and male black subject removed five fragrance bottles from the shelf at Ulta and exited the store without paying.  The male was seen wearing a black puffy winter coat with a furry hood. The female was seen wearing a white scarf, a black baseball hat and had long straightened blond hair.  Both subjects appeared to be in their late 20’s or early 30’s.

• Jajou, Nancy J., 29, 4558 Church Street, was arrested on charges of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License on the 4700 block of Davis on 12/06/2013.

• Juvenile, 17, Morton Grove, was arrested on charges of Delivery of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Equipment on the 6700 block of Dempster on 12/06/2013.

• Braun, Christopher L., 39, 601 Greenbay Road, Wilmette, was arrested on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on the 4800 block of Church Street, on 12/07/2013.

• Santillan, Carlos Roberto, 35, 2407 Troy Street, #1R, Chicago, was arrested on charges of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License on the 7600 block of Skokie Boulevard, on 12/07/2013.

• Hussain, Salman, 31, 3849 Fargo, was arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance on the 4300 block of Oakton Street, on 12/07/2013.

• Batbayar, Munkhdemberel, 22, 741 Howard Street, #7, Evanston, was arrested on charges of Driving with a Suspended/ Revoked Driver’s License on the 7800 block of McCormick Boulevard, on 12/07/2013.
