Construction: Main St. and Skokie Blvd.
The Village of Skokie will be working on sewers near Main Street and Skokie Boulevard on Friday Sept. 21.

On Friday, Sept. 21, both southbound lanes of Skokie Boulevard between Dempster and Main streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. All southbound traffic will be redirected south on Niles Center Road to Main Street. Traffic can turn left on Main Street to return to Skokie Boulevard.
Skokie Boulevard will reopen on Saturday, Sept. 22. The road closure is due to sewer work in the area.
