State Rep Daniel Biss Holds ComEd Town Hall

GLENVIEW - State Representative Daniel Biss is hosting a town hall meeting next week, inviting residents of the 17th District to speak with municipal leaders and ComEd representatives about the recent power outages.

“We have seen several destructive storms in the past few weeks,” said Biss, “and many people have lost their power two, three or even four times for days on end. People are frustrated and nervous about losing power again, especially as we experience high temperatures. I hope that people can attend the meeting to let us know how they’ve been affected and hear from ComEd representatives about ComEd’s plans to improve their ability to respond to these outages.”

The meeting will take place Monday, August 1st at 7:00 p.m. at the Glenview Police Station located at 2500 E Lake Avenue in Glenview.

Please contact Representative Biss with any questions at 847-568-1250 or repbiss@gmail.com.

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
