Voter Registration Ends On Oct. 9

The deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election is Oct. 9.

The Cook County Clerk has voter registration information on its website. To register to vote, you must be: a U.S. citizen; at least 18 years old by Election Day; and a resident of your precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day.

Voters who have recently moved must re-register at their current address prior to the deadline, the website states.
