Alzheimer's Family Support Group Hosted by Alzheimer's Association Certified Group Facilitator

Attend a FREE Alzheimer's Family & Friends Support Group at the Skokie Public Library! Group hosted in collaboration with the Alz Assoc.

Are you caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia? Join a free informal support group intended for family and friends caring for someone with memory loss. A local support group is held in Skokie on the first Tuesday of every month at the Skokie Public Library.

Joanna Leja, a licensed Social Worker and Alzheimer’s Association Certified Group Facilitator would be happy to share some resources with you and listen to your story. This free support group is hosted in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association to assist local family caregivers.
