Are Election Promises Real or Just Hyperbole?

Larry Suffredin, a Cook County Commissioner, continues our Living Ethics series on January 22nd. His topic is “Are Election Promises Real or Just Hyperbole?” Distinguishing between campaign promises that are serious and those that are just “advertising hype,”
Suffredin asks if candidates have a moral duty to be truthful and reviews the current presidential and previous Illinois election campaigns.

Please join us for Coffee Hour after the talk.

All are welcome to our EHS Sunday programs, which are free and open to the public, and childcare is available.
