FREE Traing for Condo/Homeowner Association Members

Interfaith Housing Center of the Northern Suburbs, the North Shore's premier advocate for fair and affordable housing, is conducting a free, one-hour training session designed specifically to help condominium and homeowner association members understand their rights and responsibilities under the federal fair housing law.  This session will better equip association leaders and members with the knowledge they need to avoid legal liability for housing discrimination, including unintentional discrimination, when handling resident issues.  Participants will learn how to identify and properly address fair housing issues with both current and potential residents.  For more information or to register, contact Viki Rivkin, Director of Fair Housing, at viki@interfaithhousingcenter.org or call (847) 501-5760x408.
