It is my sincere belief that the somatic body knows how to heal itself - given the opportunity and cues.  Therefore I strive to teach my students and clients about this process thru their own personal experiences, breath work, guided imagery and feedback.  Over the last 20 years, I have been fortunate enough to have amazing teachers and become certified/licensed in Massage, Reiki-level 2, Ayurvedic Thai Massage, Aura Hatha Yoga, Zen Shiatsu and Young Living Essential Oil Therapy.
