The Quest for Immortality: Science at the Frontiers of Aging

S. Jay Olshansky, a professor in the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois in Chicago, speaks September 11th at the Ethical Humanist Society of Chicago in Skokie. His topic is The Quest for Immortality: Science at the Frontiers of Aging.” A sociologist and researcher in the field of aging, Olshansky suggests that a modest but scientifically attainable extension of human life may be possible. He will discuss what a world in which we all live significantly longer would look like.
