The Roberts Court and the Constitution

Geoffrey Stone, constitutional authority and professor of law at the University of Chicago, speaks September 30th, on “The Roberts Court and the Constitution.”  Stone will question the claim by conservative Supreme Court justices that they believe in judicial restraint. He will discuss what the jurisprudence of these justices may tell us about the state of contemporary constitutional law and the stakes in the 2012 presidential election.
