Niles North Homecoming Parade & Events

Alumni from Niles North and the community are invited to come back to school to take part in 2011 Homecoming festivities held on Friday, September 30. Niles North High School will hold its Homecoming Parade on Friday, September 30, beginning at 6 p.m. The parade begins in the north parking lot at 9800 Lawler and travels down Lawler Avenue, turning in at the south drive and proceeding into Chuck Pos Stadium. Parade watchers are invited to line the street on Lawler to cheer on the band, clubs and groups with colorful banners as they make their way into the stadium. The Alumni Tent will be set up in the northwest corner of the field and all Niles North alums are invited to stop in for a snack or refreshments at 6:30 p.m. The Vikings Varsity football team will play the Glenbrook North Spartans at 7 p.m. After the game, stay for a colorful fireworks
