Notre Dame's Chris James Scores 6 Touchdowns In Game

The team brought it home at its Homecoming last Friday.


The Notre Dame College Prep Varsity Football Team defeated St. Viator's 49-20 during their Homecoming contest on September 21.

With outstanding help from the offense, junior running back Chris James amassed a record setting six touchdowns and 265 rushing yards. He has scored 15 touchdowns in the first five games of the 2012 season.

The ND offense line was led by the OL of Nick Bargione '13, Mike Mulcrone '14, Bob DeLeonardis '13, Mike Maligranda 13, and Sean Nicholson '13. Quarterback Dan Nagode '13 was 13 for 16 for 163 yards.

A stingy ND defense, led by Tom Sora '14, Dan Proano '14, Alex Garcia '13, Sean Heneghan '14, Tom Gonzalez '14, Quatre Coats '14, Shaun Mulcrone '14, Tom Simon '13, and Pat Cravens '14 swarmed to the football and put the clamps on the St. Viator offense.  The Dons play again on Friday, September 28 at 7:30 p.m. at home against Nazareth.
