I went to ElectroLux today to have someone look at my Aerus FreshEra vacuum cleaner because it was not working properly. A very nice gentleman, Stuart, was very helpful and got right to the source of the problem- a huge clog caused by a lodged bobby pin. He completely cleaned out the clog and showed me how to disassemble and reassemble the vacuum in case of future problems. He was very kind and did all of this free of charge! Wonderful customer service :)
