What is a HSA for besides taking your hard earned money and lining their pockets so they can have cushy desk jobs and feign knowledge of anything?! They don't communicate with you on how to avoid getting your car towed- even tho you live here! They don't communicate with you about moving furniture into your own condo, so they can fine you $300 or more for not letting them know you are moving some furniture that you bought into your own condo!! They don't communicate how to avoid getting code violation tickets from the Village of Skokie- even tho you pay them for a parking space. They only communicate when they want to take your money away.
