This is typical Illinois politics and tax dollars well wasted. How is anyone to get services if youRead More can't even talk to anyone? The phone rings and ring forever, then disconnets you. I am so disappointed and frustrated. Does it do any good to call the state representative? Write to Obama? How can you pass laws about healthcare and then not make the slightest effort to see that sommeone is available to help, I suppose the plan is to make it as difficut as possible and then we will all just give up an go away. I am so angry . . . .but who cares about me?
