At Old Orchard Mall since the turn of the century, Johnny Rockets is refreshingly anachronistic. The burger joint attempts to replicate a 1950's-era diner (right down to the staff's sparkling white uniforms) and pulls it off quite well. The food is yummy too, and the restaurant's menu lists an array of food items including burgers, dogs, club sandwiches, salads and fountain drinks. (Note that Johnny Rockets closes one hour earlier when the days get shorter and colder.)
