I don't know if anyone from corporate reads these, or if they even care, as long as that money is rolling in, but things really need to change here. This woman has run so many people away it looks like a ghost town. I've been here for nearly 13 years, never been or had a problem until this management took over. The woman allows the maintenenace man to blow leaves from the street into our yards, after we've worked or paid to have them cleaned, his daughter, who lives here abides by NONE of the rules! Her dog is allowed to run the whole community,defecating everywhere! Others have to have their pets on leashes at ALL times! Her dad brought the dog home one morning in the golf cart, and told her, " he was way up there by the clubhouse" She lives at the other end here on the Townsend Rd ! Management (or someone) refuses to trim the trees (which IS against city municipal property safety codes - I know the division chief personally), and yet we get a threatening notice nearly every other month to pressure wash our homes from the green moss that comes from these trees which are in terribly dangerous condition. Something really needs to change or you will lose more people - or, is that what you want? $400.00 a month JUST to sit here is NOT right. Maintain the trees and grounds - make EVERYONE follow the rules - we will be happy. :)

Yep JT likes that red mulch and guess what the only time anything is done is when Mr Wolf is in town the rest of the time the ARC rejects do nothing but set in the ac o yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Running our community into the dirt. These folks are like craigslist barkers! One manager evicts drug dealer, next manager sells a home to the dealer's wife and poof! They're back like a recurring nightmare. Our pool is as nastier than any I've ever seen (I've seen thousands). We always have our red mulch though don't we JT?

It's too bad there isn't an option for NO STARS! It's very disheartening when you live someplace where you feel you are HATED by the owners, DESPISED by the management, and trapped because you own your home but rent the property. It costs alot of money to move your home. What Tim Holloway stated in his November 13, 2011, review is just the tip of the iceberg. These people run the business (where I live, anyway) where most of us have NO contracts, they change the rules on a whim because there are NO WRITTEN RULES AND REGS anywhere! They call residents LIARS and threaten to have us arrested when in the office trying to make legitimate complaints. They aren't even IN the office most of the posted hours, so to catch them there is a miracle. Their phones are usually disconnected and it's impossible to reason anything out with the owners or the management. If you have ANY OTHER OPTIONS of places to live, DO NOT have anything to do with a Lakeshore Communities property!

Run...don't walk away from this "company". Corporate office ignores all issues and correspondence, changes/disconnects their number as needed to avoid contact. Operations Manager (in Florida) has been deemed "an unreasonable liar" by countless individuals. Regional managers (in Tampa and Orlando) are absolute clowns. Hard to find such culpability from a company that has not already been sued into the dirt. Hopefully, some Pro Bono attorney will get a hold of this company, do some research and get their victims some reprieve.
