Hi! My name is Harvest. I was found hanging out in the Home Depot store because I'm a major home improvement (!).  Bring me home and I'll definitely improve it for you. I'm very sweet and enjoy sticking my nose in everything people do, so I'm the perfect DIY assistant. I have a unique sassy meow that is perfect for my supervisor role. Jett, A True Jewel Among Cats

Each week we feature pets available for adoption from C.A.R.E. at Evanston's Animal Shelter.

Jett, a gorgeous long-haired gray cat with golden eyes and long white whiskers, was very scared when he came to the shelter. But he's blossomed with the love from the many C.A.R.E. volunteers. Jett "can be very talkative and likes to know that people are listening to the important things he has to say," volunteers have observed. Jett especially likes fuzzy mice and cat charmers, but what he REALLY loves is being petted and cuddled. Jett's a big fellow, ready to dispense much love to whoever is lucky enough to adopt him.
