VIDEO: Colorado Shooting Victim John Larimer Comes Home
John Larimer was killed in the Aurora, Col. movie theater shooting. His body was brought back to Crystal Lake Thursday.
Holding their hands on their hearts, a crowd of people stood silent as the body of John T. Larimer, who was killed in the Colorado movie shooting Friday, July 20, was brought back to his hometown of Crystal Lake. American flags lined the sidewalk as his body was escorted to Davenport Family Funeral Home by members of the Illinois Old Guard, Warriors Watch and Illinois Patriot Guard. The procession included three police cars, more than 40 motorcycles, as well as a limousine and several other vehicles. The procession began at O’Hare International Airport at 2 p.m. and made its way throughout the Northwest suburbs, ending at the funeral home.
