Ginza Steak & Sushi To Open At Golf Mill
It's hiring now for servers, hostesses and bartenders. Ginza will have an enormous buffet and full bar that will stay open late, general manager says.
The owners of Ginza Steak and Sushi Buffet, which is set to open right after New Year's, are investing $1 million in remodeling and decorating the restaurant, said General Manager David Kuo. "It will have a beautiful bar area and a huge buffet table with more than 100 items," Kuo said. "There will be lots of seafood, sushi, stir fry, grill and dessert." There will also be lobster and crab legs, as well as chicken dishes, noodle dishes and vegetarian dishes. Kuo said the food would be from various Asian culinary traditions, including Japanese, Chinese and Korean.
