Theft on the 4700 block of Church St., at 8: 20 a.m. Reported: July 3. A Red Ryder tricycle was removed from the alley, near the garage door.
Theft at Lifetime Fitness on Old Orchard Rd., Reported: 07/02/13. The unknown offender removed the victim's wallet from the unlocked locker in the gym area.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on the 7500 block of Lincoln Ave. at 6:05 p.m. Reported: 07/03/13. While investigating a traffic crash, officers charged the offending driver with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Battery
Battery on the 9200 block of Kenneth Ave., between 12:45 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Reported: 07/01/2013. After an argument on Facebook, the offender went to the victim's residence and poured milk on the inside of the victim's vehicle and then hit her with the milk jug, according to the report.
Retail Theft
Retail Theft at Macy's, 4909 Old Orchard Center, at 8:20 p.m. Reported: 07/02/13. The offender was apprehended by store security for removing two shirts and attempting to leave the store without paying for the merchandise, according to the report.
Motor Vehicle Theft
Motor Vehicle Theft on the 5200 block of Arcadia St., between June 23rd at 12:00 a.m. and July 1st at 8:00 p.m. Reported: 07/01/13. The unknown offender removed the Sunny brand scooter from the residential backyard.
Criminal Damage to Property
Criminal Damage to Property on the 9400 block of Terminal Ave., at 11:45 a.m. Reported: 06/28/13. The unknown offenders used spray paint to write graffiti on the metal power line towers.
