Skokie Podiatrist Gets 9-Months for Secretly Videotaping Naked Wrestlers
A judge in western Michigan placed Dr. Ninos D. Jando on two years' probation on Monday, June 10.
A judge in western Michigan has sentenced Skokie podiatrist Dr. Ninos D. Jando to nine months in jail and two years on probation for secretly videotaping members of a wrestling team in the shower, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
Jando has already served 133 days--nearly half of the sentence--since his arrest in January 2013, MLive.com reported.

Jando pleaded guilty to three counts of capturing images of naked people without their consent on May 6, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
Muskegon County Assistant Prosecutor James Corbett says Jando is being investigated by Illinois authorities for similar video recordings at another community college, MLive.com reported.
