The 20-year-old daughter of a Cook County judge who presides over a drug court was among the 10 people arrested in a police raid in Wilmette following cannabis and ecstasy investigation, Chicago Tribune reported.

On May 31, while executing a search warrant at the home of Oskar Vahtra in the 1500 block of Forest Avenue, Wilmette police and investigators from Cook County Sheriff's North Gang Team found ecstasy, Vicodin, possible cannabis and drug paraphernalia, authorities said. Vahtra and four others were arrested at the home, according to police reports.

Later that night, authorities conducted a drug enforcement operation at Edens Plaza, 3232 Lake Ave., that led to the arrest of three people for attempting to purchase cannabis and two subjects for attempting to sell cannabis.

Vahtra, 18, of Wilmette, and Robert Kyle III, 19, of Winnetka were each charged with one felony count of possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, according to police reports. A 17-year-old whose record was later expunged was also charged.

Vahtra was also charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of a firearm without a FOID, police reports state.

Dylan Brennan, 19, of Chicago, Andrew Cahill, 20, of Winnetka, and four teens from New Trier Township were issued citations for possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis, authorities said.
